At a friend’s recommendation, I called H & W to do a routine yearly servicing of my two units. While in the attic, he discovered a duct that was not connected and most likely it had been that way for some time. The duct was repaired, new filters were installed and everything was cleaned and checked thoroughly. The price was very reasonable. The guys from H&W are so good and very professional. They show up on time and work to make sure everything is right.They removed the old HVAC unit and installed the new one in a lot less time than I thought it would take. When they got done, everything was very clean and nothing left around.I had literally gotten about 8 estimates for our new HVAC SYSTEM and they are far and away the best value of all the quotes I had gotten.They are truly a great team to do business with. They do a great job and follow up on anything that they tell you!
Waylon and his men came came and found the problem with my unit very quickly. The part needed was too expensive to put into a sixteen year old unit. Waylon gave me six different options on units. I chose one and he and his men showed up in two day. They pulled the old unit and installed the new unit in less than three hours. I highly recommend them.

Josh Carter and his boys, are phenomenal and go above and beyond there job duties, Last summer my air went out and Josh and his boys came through and fixed my unit.. But they also checked to ensure nothing else was wrong. By caring they saved us from an upcoming winter that could of ended fatally for my family and I, when we first moved in our home at the very end of winter my family and I were sick and thought we had the flu.. using the heat minimum so we had no clue.. but we were being exposed to carbon menoxide and thats why the alarms would go off sometimes when the heat was used and even then they did not go off enough to alert us.. When josh and his boys fixed our air a month later they saw the hose releasing carbon menoxide in the home was completely detached.. They saved our lives.. A full winter coming ahead undetected would of killed my children and I. I will always say they saved our lives this winter. They just came and fixed our furnace and air today for more old house issues and fast and compassionate was dedicated in there work again. Thank you guys for being great!!
