I Own a Local Real Estate Company and my Husband is a Local Builder. We trust H&W Heating and Air with all of our Personal & Business Heating & Cooling needs. I once had another local AC Service Company visit a house I was selling, they told me the whole system needed to be replaced. This was the first time I called H&W Heating and Air. Waylon quickly found a leak in the evaporator coil and saved my buyer over $4,000 not having to replace the entire unit. Waylon and crew at H & W were extremely helpful to us when we began having issues with two AC units. The pump in our mini split on our sun porch burned out twice and had to be replaced and one of our main units out side kept shutting down and having to be reset every couple of days. They came out and resolved all of the issues so that all units are now running smoothly. They were here when they said they would be, worked diligently to diagnose the issues correctly, ordered the parts and got them installed. They were always courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their work. They also installed two other units for us when we had a major remodeling project and did a great job. They are professional in their work, have reasonable rates and appreciate their diligence in finding the source of the issues we were having and getting them repaired as quickly as possible. A pleasure to work with and highly recommend H & W Heating and Air!

We had to have an entire HVAC replacement. 25 year old inside unit and 12 year old AC. This is the company you want to deal with they are professional, nice to work with, easy to talk to and always super responsive. After talking to a couple companies we decided that they were the best for us after researching Angie's list and the better business bureau showing flawless results and reviews.They were patient, answered all our thousands of questions, and we're very thorough! When it came down to the work and our decision to choose H&W we found them to be prompt, honest, efficient, and friendly. The technicians who did the work were professional, well groomed, and respectful. If ever in the future we have any HVAC needs, Waylon and his team's contact is saved and will be our only call.

Waylon has been my go to AC unit guy for the past three years. We purchased our home and have been upgrading it over the years. Anytime a problem arise he contacts us back right away.
