Josh Carter and his boys, are phenomenal and go above and beyond there job duties, Last summer my air went out and Josh and his boys came through and fixed my unit.. But they also checked to ensure nothing else was wrong. By caring they saved us from an upcoming winter that could of ended fatally for my family and I, when we first moved in our home at the very end of winter my family and I were sick and thought we had the flu.. using the heat minimum so we had no clue.. but we were being exposed to carbon menoxide and thats why the alarms would go off sometimes when the heat was used and even then they did not go off enough to alert us.. When josh and his boys fixed our air a month later they saw the hose releasing carbon menoxide in the home was completely detached.. They saved our lives.. A full winter coming ahead undetected would of killed my children and I. I will always say they saved our lives this winter. They just came and fixed our furnace and air today for more old house issues and fast and compassionate was dedicated in there work again. Thank you guys for being great!!
I would give 10 stars if they had it! They came out so quickly and Will kept me informed through the whole process of fixing our A/C in sweltering weather. Scott and Will worked in scorching heat to complete the installation. Then Scott came back for 2 more hours to make sure everything was to his standards. These men and this company are simply the best A/C company I've ever dealt with. I'm 61. I've dealt with a lot of them so this is saying something.
The house we bought a few years ago had a completely new system installed. We found H&W because they marked the unit with their inspection complete paperwork at the time of inspection and a annual follow-up letter. I called early morning before most businesses open and left a message. Within 10 min I had a call back from Waylon. He arrived at our house within a few hours to diagnose our A/C issue. He immediately found the problem and asked me to cone out to see what he had found. Because our unit was still under warranty he informed me that the parts would be covered and we would be paying for the Diagnostic, labor, and freon. I am very familiar to A/C labor and repair trends due to having several family members outside the area in this line of work. H&W pricing is VERY fair. He informed me that it may take a few days to recieve the part from warehouse after order. He remained in contact with me to update the status and immediately set a appointment with me to return and finish the job. When he returned he brought the A/C tech (Will) who originally installed the system in the home before we bought it. Since it had been almost 5 years I was a little surprised. Most businesses have high turnover especially in Hurricane torn areas. IMO this is a testament to the quality of business they have and the dedicated employees. I will continue to have H&W conduct our annual service and recommend them to anyone in the local area. A professional business and expert professional employees.
Why a 5 star review, cuz there aint a 6 score allowed! I Love H&W Heating and Air. I have had other folks I have used before and all they wanted to do was up sell me some stuff I didn't need. Waylon and the crew show up when they say they will, do what the say the will at a fair price. What more do you want? So you can pay more, get upsold or you can get fast, honest service at a fair price?
There is NO REASON to call anyone else for any AC issue that you have! Don’t even bother shopping around or comparing because Waylon is the best!I’m not the type to even write reviews but everything about him coming for our repair was too notch!Call him before you call anybody else and you won’t regret it!
